The boats season opened with a weekend offering trips at Bugsworth Community Carnival.

Santa rides New Horizons to the Forces Club.
Despite the weeks awful weather and horrendous conditions Peter, and not forgetting his little helpers, again managed to outdo himself with yet another beautifully decorated boat. Cruising up the Macclesfield Canal and into the Marina New Horizons and Santa braved the elements to bring some Christmas Cheer to all those gathered at the Forces Club. Some lovely singing, a chance to catch up with old friends and an opportunity to meet Santa made for a grand evening for everyone. We look forward to seeing you again next Christmas.
